In order to further improve the quality of our services, HMP-Removals has introduced a quality management system.
 
In 2005, this was extended according to EN ISO 9001:2000. Furthermore, all employees regularly participate in training seminars. After each relocation, customers are invited to provide written feedback on the quality of the service delivered.
 
The result:
